Why?
Odd reason really - I'll be going back to school.
That's the primary reason really, but for me it means a couple of things:
1. I'll be moving a good distance from home. It'll give me a clean slate to work with and I won't be the main go-between for everyone's problems anymore.
2. I won't be at my current job anymore. As those who are close to me know, I've hated this place for years, I just couldn't find anything. Granted, I'll -have- to find something new when I'm up there, but I feel that in a bigger city there will be more opportunities. If anything, this kicks me in my rear and puts me in a "take what I can get" mindset.
3. I'll be able to meet new people with my interests. I'm not a very social person and most of my friends have moved out of state. Going to classes will help me meet new people.
4. I'll be furthering my education. For the longest time I thought this was something I'd be unable to do without starting all over again. Then I found this place and the fact that they had a Bachelor's Program that would accept my prior credentials. It's really hard to find a design job that doesn't require a Bachelor's degree anymore.
5. It's school. I always did get a fire under my bum for drawing while in school. Maybe it'll happen again
So... yeah. Hopefully next year will be better than this year has been.
On a side note: wish me luck for this friday!

So... yea... for one, you're not 22 anymore, dear. For another... where's the posts? And lastly... *sigh* I have deleted WoW off of my computer knowing I won't be able to afford it in the near future. Plus I heard that with the new patch they're going to charge you to USE add-ons AND to BUY them. Are they trying to get rid of players? Ugh.
lol
